Donnie is in charge of all equipment, from new purchases to maintenance. He works closely with our certified drivers and mechanics to ensure all of equipment meets or exceeds all required specifications. He is also in charge of all operational functions of MTS. Started as high pressure pump operator for acid stimulation and chemical blending. Duties expanded to include equipment and plant maintenance. In charge of the day-to-day operations of the facility and management of our chemical inventory. John also works closely with Sales staff to ensure jobs are properly scheduled and employees are dispatched accordingly. Doug is certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist. He brings twelve years’ experience in creating and maintaining safety programs to MTS to ensure continued compliance with both client requirements and governmental regulations. He works closely with outside contractors and lease operators to assure MTS is the leader in protecting the health and well-being of its employees and the environment. Doug is also certified to teach numerous classes to ensure our employees are always up to date.

Erick has been with MTS since 2006. Erick held several oilfield-related jobs prior to joining our team. I began with MTS in May of 2013. I work in the LA Basin as a Sales Representative. Recently I was a Sales Representative for Malaco International selling inorganic commodity chemicals. My degree is in Chemistry from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX. I specialize in customer service building successful relationships with all levels of account personnel to add value to products and services as well as provide the best cost and product for the customer.
I joined MTS in July of 2013 as the Business Development Manager with emphasis on safe non-regulated, Green replacement products for acid stimulation fluids and operations in the oilfield.
Previous to this I worked for Champion Technologies, Inc as District Manager and Business Development Manager for 18 years. I have had much experience in Chemical Sales most of my career. I have a Science Degree and a Business Administration education. I am proud to say I am an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam.
